About

Landscape artist.

Painting, drawing, photography, collage and other mixed-media approaches. Plein-air and from photographs. Observational and sometimes more conceptual approaches to landscape art.

Previously, abstract geometric collage and painting that evoke landscape settings.

I was a member of Inventory from 1994-2000. This was a London-based conceptual art group that exhibited internationally and published a journal of critical writing around the themes of losing, finding and collecting.

A portfolio of key and recent works can be seen at simonnevilleart.com and a comprehensive archive here at simonneville.co.uk
